All customers must provide a copy of current vaccination history from their veterinarian.  Please note that particular attention must be paid to FVRCP and FELINE LEUKEMIA VACCINATION or TESTING. 

Please complete the registration form with information on you and your cat companion, food and medication instructions, and emergency contacts.

All guardians are asked to bring their cat's own food, treats and medications. A selection of Fancy Feast cat food is available at $.50 per can. The World's Best Cat Litter is provided.

All guests must be spayed or neutered.

Please be sure to label your carrier and any personal items that you leave. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Since space is limited, a deposit may be required to guarantee your reservation.
